Liz Malys, a native of upstate NY, has been playing
the piano and singing since the age of nine, and playing the cello
since age 17.
She recently received her B.M. in composition under
the tutelage of Dan Asia
at the University of Arizona, where she has had numerous works
performed, and also organized a choir specializing in the performance
of music by living composers.
Liz enjoys collaborating with film, dance and other
disciplines, and is an avid singer/songwriter as well as composer,
performing throughout the Northeastern U.S. and at the annual Folkfest
in Tucson, AZ.
